Site Wide Outage - Resolved
Total Outage Time 44 minutes.
Root Cause was a botched configuration that Microsoft Azure rolled out to one of its primary Regions (GReminders relies on Azure for its Cloud Hosting Infrastructure). The issue was identified by Microsoft and resolved.
The issue affected many services

and was further confused by a botched update from Crowdstrike causing issues to Windows machines (we do not run Windows or Crowdstrike).
Our team is working with Microsoft to understand the incident in more detail to ensure that future events like this are mitigated.

3:03pm - 3:10pm PT GReminders experienced a 7 minute site wide outage. This was caused by our primary hosting provider, we are working with them.
