Update March 27th 5:30p PT We are still having some SMS deliverability issues with T-Mobile specifically. These issues are being addressed and we expect full resolution on this by tomorrow. Root Cause was a botched configuration that Microsoft Azure rolled out to one of its primary Regions (GReminders relies on Azure for its Cloud Hosting Infrastructure). The issue was identified by Microsoft and resolved. The issue affected many services https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/18/business/frontier-airlines-microsoft-outage/index.html and was further confused by a botched update from Crowdstrike causing issues to Windows machines (we do not run Windows or Crowdstrike). Our team is working with Microsoft to understand the incident in more detail to ensure that future events like this are mitigated. 4:07pm PT All Systems are back online. We are working with Microsoft to work through root cause issues. More coming on this. 3:53pm PT Microsoft has acknowledged the issues, and are working on a resolution. 3:30pm PT Our Services with Microsoft Azure are experiencing an outage, we are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
