SMS Reminders Skipped or Delayed

Due to some heavy maintenance jobs (ironically to keep the system performant), we slowed the system down due this maintenance and caused some Reminders to be skipped or delayed.

The backlog has been processed and everything should be back to normal.

The notifications that were skipped will not be delivered because they were skipped since the event start date/time has passed.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Currently experiencing some delays in sending confirmation emails and SMS. This backlog is clearing and expected to resolve by 10:30a PT
