Calendar Sync is a bit delayed

New Events / Updated Events may take up to 2 hours to reflect in GReminders, we are working through some delays in the sync. Everything is operational but just a bit delayed. We should have this fully resolved later today. Thank you for your patience.

The sync delay issue is fully resolved as of 4pm PT.

Google Calendar Sync Updates Delayed

We experienced some delays in getting Google Calendars updates to sync. This is currently being resolved, everything should be up to date and syncs should be back to real time by 2-3p Pacific time today (estimate). We will update this time as we catch up with the backlog.

SMS Reminders Skipped or Delayed

Due to some heavy maintenance jobs (ironically to keep the system performant), we slowed the system down due this maintenance and caused some Reminders to be skipped or delayed.

The backlog has been processed and everything should be back to normal.

The notifications that were skipped will not be delivered because they were skipped since the event start date/time has passed.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Confirmation Emails and SMS Delayed

Currently experiencing some delays in sending confirmation emails and SMS. This backlog is clearing and expected to resolve by 10:30a PT
