11/26 - Microsoft has resolved all their issues and we are not seeing any more errors on our end as a result of this.

SMS/Email Delays in Delivery

We are currently experiencing delays in Email and SMS Delivery of up to 1hr or so. Engineers are working on the issue. Thank you for your patience.

12:25pm PT - we continue to work with the queue. Latency is coming down but will likely take another couple of hours before it comes back down to normal.

1:30pm PT - Things are back to normal operating conditions. High system load was causing delays. We are still evaluating root causes to avoid such issues in the future.
