Connector Issue with Smarsh/Intermedia Exchange Connections
Folks using Smarsh/Intermedia MS Exchange Mail are having issues with calendar connections causing booking or calendar sync problems.
Smarsh/Intermedia has been made aware of the issue and they are looking into the problem. We will post more shortly.
If you are affected you can open a ticket with Smarsh and tell them the Integration w/ GReminders using EWS API connections are hitting "Unauthorized Exception".
Jan 28th, 7am PT: Continue to have connectivity issues. We are continuing to work with Intermedia/Smarsh on a resolution.
Jan 28th, 5:15pm: The issue is resolved, all connectors have been reestablished. Smarsh says there was a configuration issue on their end, we will post a postmortem once full root cause analysis is complete.
Jan 29th - Root Cause Analysis - During a routing network upgrade, Intermedia had misconfigured one of their firewalls and thus was blocking GReminder's servers from accessing the Exchange environment. GReminders Support team worked with the Intermedia IT team to sort out the issue.
