9:30am PT We are having issues receiving Support Email due to a Google Workspace Partial Outage. This means Support email responses to you are delayed.

We expect this to be resolved shortly.

As of 3pm PT all Support emails are flowing again. Our support team is catching up responding to all your requests now.

Notetaker Joining was intermittant between 9-11a PT

Notetaker joining Zoom or MS Teams calls was intermittent between 9-11a PT today. There was high latency in joining these meetings and thus some meeting were not joined properly. The issue has been identified and resolved.

As of 11:30am Pacific all systems are fully operational
