Delay in Sync

There is a delay in Event Sync back to Salesforce and other CRMs. We expect this to be resolved in the next several hours.

Some SMSs not being delivered

Today March 24th, some Emails and SMSs were being flagged inadvertently as spam.

Emails are back to normal again as of 6pm Pacific.

Some SMSs are still being flagged, and we are working with carriers to resolve this issue.

We continue to have SOME deliverability issues with SMS's. Its intermittent and we are working with upstream carriers to resolve this. Our engineers are very aware of the situation and doing everything we can to mitigate this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience in the matter.

We are still having some SMS deliverability issues with T-Mobile specifically. These issues are being addressed and we expect full resolution on this by tomorrow. We are working with the carriers with the utmost urgency. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Most all delivery issues are resolved. In some rare cases deliveries to TMobile customers are still a bit delayed. We are working with our Carriers to fully resolve this. We expect permanent resolution on this in the next few days.
