System Slow/Degraded

System sluggishness was experienced between approximately 12p-1:10p PT on Oct 21st.

This was due to azure networking problem we discovered causing a bigger than normal backlog. All issues have been addressed and root cause resolved.

Various Features Degraded

Some setup/administrative features were degraded between Oct 11, 6pm PT to Oct 12 10am PT.

A code deployment, combined with a global Cloudflare issue, caused stale cache problems that prevented some features from loading properly. The issue has been resolved, and all features should now be working as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Performance Issues

10:20am PT We are investigating site and app performance sluggishness.

11:50am PT Performance appears back to normal. It appears DNS or internal networking latency caused the slow performance. We are still investigating the root cause.

Azure Networking and East Regions reported load balancer plane failures, causing increased latency and timeouts which we believe is directly related.

We believe all systems are fully optional again, we apologize for the sluggishness.
